Through this work, she has worked on a number of issue areas including child welfare, youth, menstrual health, and refugees.

During the pandemic, Serrie realized that she wanted to do something more hands-on and with local impact here in her adopted home, and she is thrilled to be joining the Hub team!

Outside of work, Serrie also volunteers with the Mariposas Collective to assist asylum seekers who have recently been released from detention as they transit through Memphis and with GIVE 365 to change how individuals think about philanthropy.
