The Hospitality Hub operates Memphis’ emergency Warming and Cooling Center in partnership with the City of Memphis, offering people experiencing homelessness a place to get out of dangerous heat or cold.

During an opening, staff welcome guests and help them explore more comfortable overnight shelter options.

During an emergency opening, some of the Hub’s regular services may be limited. Check with our team before traveling for another service.
