Hub North offers trauma-informed temporary emergency shelter for families with dedicated, onsite case counseling. By treating trauma as a source of destabilizing behaviors, we are able to interrupt the cycle of chronic homelessness and restore families to autonomous choice and stable housing.

60 independent dwelling units, called Hub Cottages, will nestle amongst gardens, play space and community buildings. With bunkbeds, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate space for a caregiver, each Hub Cottage provides privacy and connectivity for families of all types.
